Building My Team in Florida
I’m expanding my real estate portfolio to Florida, specifically the Miami area. I plan to make my first deal in 6 months. Since this is a new area for me, I need to build a new team: realtor, property manager, contractor, etc. Is six months out too early or should I wait until I’m closer to purchasing in Florida?
