Insuring a rental in Tampa that has a pool?

I heard long ago that a lot of insurance companies don't insure rentals that have a pool, is this true?

How much liability am I getting into even if I find one that does? Let's say I add an addendum to the lease that they use the pool at their own risk.

Also, what companies insure such properties?
