I am currently taking the FREC 1 course and I am looking for recommendations on local brokerages to apply to. Also looking for opinions on the cloud based brokerages (i.e. eXp).  Thank you in advance for any information.

Hey soon-to-be agents! I'm with Exp Realty and it's my third brokerage! The secret is definitely to ask a lot of questions. And 'know thyself'. If you prefer an office environment and you're not a self-starter,... then Exp probably would not be right for you! There are pros and cons to every brokerage and of course, happy to answer questions as best as I can.

The pros with cloud brokerages... you're not paying towards office fees and all of your training is in the cloud so it's easy to access. But there's a lot more to it than that of course!

Anyway, I hope that gets you started and good luck with your exam!
