Cape San Blas Builder

I'm considering purchasing a vacant lot in Cape San Blas, FL to build new construction and turn into a short term rental.  Does anyone have a recommendation for builders in the Port St Joe or Gulf County area?  Anyone have a bad experience with a builder there I should stay away from?
