Using a local bank to where your conducting your flips. If not that I like big banks who are easy to work with. I have used Chase, Well Fargo, etc. Just depends on what I am looking to gain. As for flips, I just use a local credit union.

Not sure if this applies outside of Florida, but if you haven't yet formed your LLC for the flips, when you do, you must check a box to request an EIN number. It's not automatic. And you need that EIN to open a bank account.

Echoing what has been said. Local banks can be a strong area of focus. If you are able to build rapport with them this could be a big benefit down the line if you need loan options as well.
