Is anyone familiar with any reputable full service turnkey rental providers in Tampa, Fl?

@Bradley Sriro, I'm with @Jared Decker on this one.  It is a great question.  And I'm not aware of any full turnkey animals in the area.  Which is very interesting to me.  This region (and I'm guessing most urban areas in this demographic) seem to have evolved into a separate service providers model.  There are great realtors here that can help you find real estate.  There are great property management companies (sometimes associated with those great realtors firms).  And there are great institutional size flippers and wholesalers (not assigning contracts but buying and selling at wholesale before value add).  

But I don't know of any that have put all that together.  And that's what you're looking for.  Hmmm I sense a hole in the market.  Maybe you should come on down :)
