Cost to build a duplex in Miami
Good afternoon BP,
I've just made an offer on a land lot in Miami and waiting for the seller to get it signed and back to me. It was a seller I located through cold calling in my area.
I have multiple options of what I am looking to do with this deal. Either I will wholesale it or I will build a duplex on it to sell after. I have access to funds to be able to develop, but I am trying to figure out what a standard stacked duplex in Miami would cost to build?
I'm thinking about 2,000 sq ft (1k sft up, 1k sq ft down). Mid grade at the most.
Does anyone have recommendations or connections to reputable builders in Miami.
