Small multis in palm beach county

Good morning all!

I am starting to look at long distance investing after reading David’s book about it. I have a competitive advantage in south east Florida, as I have a lot of family there. I’ve been looking online at various markets, but wanted to see what others thoughts are on the area, maybe an hour range of it. Where should I be looking for small multis in the west palm beach area? Thanks in advance!

Northwood Village is probably the best bet right now. Hip gentrifying artistic area that they’re essentially trying to into a new Wynwood.
