Anyone Invest in North Georgia Mountains?
Was wondering if anyone is investing up in areas like Blue Ridge, Blairsville, Young Harris, Hiawassee? Was up that way this past weekend looking at a house that was a foreclosure auction property, and wondering how vacation rentals do up there near the lakes. There is some absolutely gorgeous property in the north Georgia mountains.
