Looking For A Mortgage Broker!
I’m working on the finance piece of my first flip, which I hope to start this month. I want to start building a relationship with mortgage brokers, because I need to build my team. Since it is my first deal, I am hoping for a mortgage broker who doesn't mind doing a little handholding and answering my inane questions.
Does anyone have any referrals or recommendations?
