Building a Preferred Vendor List
I'm looking to compile a list of 2-3 contractors (handymen, HVAC, roofing, floors, etc) either licensed or non licensed who understands working with investors. I can easily reach out to contractors who are on the preferred vendor list at my brokerage firm but since most agents build their business on owner occupants instead of investors, I want to truly cater my business accordingly. Most of the investors I have been working with are looking in Cobb and Fulton counties with a growing pool in Dekalb and Clayton. You can PM me your referrals or comment below. Thanks in advanced!
