Property Management in GA

Hey I'm Rae,

I'm looking to start an Property Management Company serving the Atlanta Area.  I have over 7 years experience, currently obtaining my Real Estate License and looking to charge only 10 % monthly fee and an first month placement.  

Looking for interested broker with great programs for me once I obtain my license in the begin of May. 

Any advice???
