Looking for an Investor Friendly Agent for ARV Help
What's up Georgia!? Agent/ Investor James Marszalek here from the opposite side of the country in WA. I'm putting a deal together in Buford, but I'm struggling to find good comps, and I'd personally rely on someone who has boots on the ground in the area. I hate not having MLS access like I do here. Really does make my life easier!
