Looking for land in Brookwood HS district
I have a buyer looking to build townhomes, or apartments in the Brookwood HS district, in Lawrenceville, Snellville, or Lilburn. Needs to have access to sewer. Anyone out there have, or know of, any off market properties?

I have 8 acres. I was gonna build apartments was already to go and my application was denied for apartments but approved for town houses. i might be interested in selling the 8 acres it is on sewer and its not listed at all.
