Recommendations for a GREAT contractor in Atlanta

Hi everyone,

I was hoping to get the community's help with finding a contractor. My partner and I are looking to extend our business to new markets and need a great contractor who can handle multiple projects at once.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks!

Hi Tomer, I've been around the block, quit my day job via REIA income, BP is great for 24x7 learning but the local REIAs are where deep experience and contractor referals come from.

It makes sense right that you get referals from folks who have dozens of rehabs behind them?

Join the local REIAs. FWIW I've been a member of all of them, all! I ran out of time doing my own deals, having a home life that I narrowed it down to just one REIA, GaREIA...

They have a group of experts who meetface to face Wed's at 10am, a google group where contractors are refered called Deal Makers google group.  They also have New Investors google group and a bunch of free evening classes where you learn what works on the ground in Atlanta/GA.

I'm pretty sure BP does advise one to also be a member of the local REIA. Best of luck!
