Savannah, GA Property Management
I am an investor with a few investment properties down in the Savannah, GA area. We are looking to expand our portfolio exponentially in the next couple of years and are currently working to professionalize our business before we take this big leap. Our biggest challenge right now has been in building a successful relationship with a great property manager. We are a military family and this relationship will be critical to our ability to grow the business from a long distance. We have worked with Market South Management and have been disappointed in their support and performance. We have had issues with their poor attention to detail, untimely/incomplete communication, and generally not feeling like they have the drive to get our one property we have on "trial run" with them rented. Essentially, we feel that they do not have our interests at heart and that the minimization of vacancy was not adequately incentivized up front. Anybody have any recommendations for property management companies in the Savannah, GA area? Any general recommendations on the screening of property managers and tips for success on that side of the business? Any advice would be much appreciated! Thank you!
