Is anyone here owning and renting properties in Forest Park, GA? I'd like to ask about:

1- how long have you been investing in this neighborhood?

2- the rental market e.g. how fast/slow does properties rent? vacancy rate?

3- how easy/hard to find good tenants?

4- average year over year appreciation?

5- are there any specific areas to avoid?

6- would you recommend the area for investing?

Any general advice will be great as well; I am newbie to real estate and to the area -:)
