Augusta Agent and Contractor

I am looking at a couple properties in Grovetown, GA that look like they might be worth investing in. I was wondering if any in or around Augusta/Grovetown that could assist with looking at some properties and maybe purchase my first rental and get it rehabbed.

Please let me know. Also there is a mobile home park that I would like to know how to approach the owners to inquire about some seller financing.

@Jack Hurdle You could always stop in and talk to the park manager and/or owner of the mobile home park. Get to know them first and start a relationship. From there, you may want to see if they're thinking of selling the park sometime in the future. Good luck!
