Hi all, I'm looking to complete my first deal before the end of the year. I've been focusing on little details to make assigning my first contract as smooth as possible, at least on my end. Does anyone know of a general contractor in Gwinnett County that will accept <$100 or gas $$ and a referral?

Also, what is, at least, one thing you wish someone would have told you when you first started out?
