Anyone familiar with Macon Zipcode 31220?
I am looking at a multifamily deal which requires a complete rehab and each of the 4 units needs at least 30K in work. They're priced at around 12K each and vacant and they are close to Mercer University in Downtown Macon. I am not too familiar with the area so need input from investors who are local to the area.
