Coweta Multi Family house hack
Hey y'all. I am a recently divorced father of two who has to find a way to decrease my outflow. I love the idea of a house hack but don't see a lot around the area my ex-wife lives to keep our kids in the same schools. I will be in position to buy probably after the first of the year. Have any of you had success in the southern suburbs. I would like to be within 15-20 drive of Newnan as I work near the airport.
Any insight would be much appreciated.
