Hello Everyone,

My name is Xavier Marin. I am a out of state buy and hold investor in Tennessee and relocated to the Twin Cities last summer. I am currently under contract for a condo in Augusta, GA and looking to expand my portfolio. I am looking to connect with any investors that are using the no money down strategy and/or that are BRRRing.
