Get approved for a loan working as a bartender/Server.
Hello everybody, Im looking for help, Im trying to get a loan for my first investment property but the banks don't like the idea that most of my income comes from tips working as a Bartender. Even though I make 5k a month, they wont lend me cuz on paper my salary is to low. Please help, any ideas? Any body in this same situation.?? Thank you in advance.
