Gut rehab in Chicago
Is there a generic calculation to guestimate the price of a gut rehab in chicago? Location doesn't matter (or does it?) Not talking lincoln park or downtown nor am I talking Englewood either. Im talking about a legal frame 3 flat right about here (hit the red check in thingy on facebook) Just looking for that "average" number
My definition of a gut rehab is worst case scenario from top to bottom from roof to basement and removing 90% of the property down to the framing, building everything back up and replacing everything.
