Looking for a skilled Handy Man - Chicago

Hi BP members, 

I am looking for skilled handy man. I own multiple bldgs in Chicago and always have work that comes up (Leaky faucets, painting, broken widows, etc). Looking for a person who is skilled in plumbing, painting and some skills in carpentry as I am updating the kitchen. 

It will be a steady side income, so need a reliable and reasonable handyman. Do you know of someone in the Chicago  area in need of work?  Please PM me.
