Any experience with REAL University?

Question

Does anyone have any experience with the online Indiana Broker Course offered by REAL University? myrealu(dot)com

They are approved by the state, but is there any reason why I shouldn't consider them? Is there a reason I should consider a different school?

@Eric Andrews Raymond, from Real U, is a great source of info... I have known him for years... Awesome guy.. Heavily into real estate investing, and a real down to earth guy.. He not only teaches, he practices as well... He had a real estate rehabbing TV show, and I think is still on the radio for real estate...He's a good guy and is very savvy on real estate in all forms...

Real University worked for me. I took the online course it took me about a month. I passed the state test with no problems, I think Raymond does a good job of teaching. It's basically a recording of one of his live classes with quizzes on each chapter and a text book. There are 3 tests you must pass to get your certificate.

I'm currently enrolled in the Indiana Broker Course through Real Estate Certification Program (RECP) and it has been an incredible class. This course lets you move at your own pace and if you can't finish a lesson in one sitting, you can come back to where you left off. I believe the total cost of the course was around $600 which includes the year long access to the course, and two textbooks. I hope this helps you out in consideration.
