Anyone invest in NW Indiana probate deals? Mailers, phone calls or get any leads from attorneys? I currently flip, buy and hold and invest in a lot of deals in the area. I have the infrastructure to expand into marketing for probate deals but wanted to get an idea of success in the area and how much competition there is.
