CONSIDERING IN LOOKING AT FORT WAYNE

This is the first time that I did not get any new leads in 2 weeks despite calling 250 (follow ups), letters sent, and I will be sending email blasts in the new couple of days.

I am never the victim of my situation so I think I will pivot by increasing my market to get more leasd. My mentor @Sterling White told me about Fort Wayne, IN.

I know nothing about Fort Wayne so I have the following action steps this week:

1) Ask my lender if he lends in Fort Wayne

2) My PM says he does not manage in Fort Wayne so I have to research a good Fort Wayne PM

3) Determine the bad parts and good parts in FW

4) See the population and median income growth trends in FW

5) See what are the economic anchors in Fort Wayne (major universities, hospitals, businesses, industry employers)

Busy week coming up.
