Wholesaling Homes - INDIANA
I am a 23 year old motivated Ebay seller who is looking to expand knowledge in the wholesaling of homes as I believe it would be a great fit for myself. I am hoping to find someone to speak with as my research has often lead me into people having bad experiences with wholesaling which I believe they are the ones who are creating these bad experiences. They seem to think this is a gray area of the real estate business when they fail. I would like to know what my first steps should be for a successful close & have a few questions as far as the paperwork goes.
