Houses in Cedar Falls
Hello, I am looking for a 4+ Bedroom in Cedar Falls that I could live in and rent out when I go to college. I would love to find a seller who is willing to let me "buy on contract" and have me pay them directly instead of a bank. In my situation, I do not have a ton for a big down payment and therefore it is hard for me to get loan. However, with me buying on contract, I would be able to prove income through the house and I would be able to get a loan and buy in a couple years.
