I want to connect with everyone!
Hi Everyone,
You might have seen me posting in the Wichita or KC Forum. I wanted to formally introduce myself and throw out a little bit about me. I now live in Windsor, CO but I was born in KC, Mo grew up in Overland Park and lived in Wichita along with many other places in Kansas. I went to all the major schools K-State, KU and graduated from WSU (no one cares about MU lol). I started investing out here in Colorado a few years back when things were still somewhat reasonable. Recently I purchased and renovated a duplex in KC, Mo and am now finishing up a deal in Wichita. I wanted to try and connect with as many people as I could who are active on BP and working in the Kansas, KC/KCMO, Wichita, OP markets. I'm an open book and would be more than happy to share my experiences, knowledge, contacts or whatever you may need. I'm hoping that by making connections we could find a way to help each other out down the line. I look forward to talking with more of you and getting to know everyone on this forum better.

Welcome from Wichita and congratulations. We are looking for multi-family too but we just bought another house the other day because we couldn't pass on the deal. We'll eventually get one of those multi-fams.
