Thoughts on Mentoring program

Hey guys so I just wanted to hear some feedback about an opportunity I was offered. It was a mentor ship program that is 12 months long that will basically hold your hand every step in a syndication deal until close a deal with 12 months. If you close more than one deal with 12 months the program doesn’t end. But if you don’t close a deal within a year the mentoring program will continue past 12 months until you close. The flat fee is 30k.
