My name is Zach Walters. I am a senior at the University of Iowa, graduating this summer. I have been listening to BP for the last 5 months and have been reading any real estate books I can get my hands on! I am dedicated to becoming a successful real estate investor and am interested in starting by “house hacking.” I just wanted to introduce myself in the forums, and say that I would love to find a mentor who I could bring value to in exchange for invaluable experience.
