Advise for an aspiring young investor.

Sorry for the misspell ADVICE. 

Hi everyone hope y’all are having a great day I am currently seeking out any and all advice on real estate the only knowledge I have is my dedicated 1-2 hours a day for reading and learning about real estate have been studying strong for a few months and only trouble I am having really is the OPM part of it I’d love to hopefully get some great connections and great advice I thank everyone and hope to hear back have a blessed day.

@Frank Brown Investors either have time or capital. If you need OPM, then you're going to have to hustle and put a solid opportunity on the table that will make investors have a hard time saying no to. I recommend joining your local REIA and starting connecting with investors now. Figure out the pain points in their business and determine how you can add value. At the end of the day it all takes time, but you need to decipher what constitutes a deal and more importantly, what investors have been looking for in your market. Truthfully, the best way to get in this business is to find someone who has already replicated what you are looking to implement and learn from them while making it worth their while. Hope this makes sense and helps!
