Ethics of buying property
Hi. Just wanted to ask is it ok to up the ante on an already negotiated price between an owner and another potential buyer if someone such as myself wants to buy the property even if its a bit more than the price negotiated with the other buyer? This is assuming that the owner and potential buyer have not signed anything yet.
