Finding and working with LPs.
I have bought and sold three homes over a span of time but now I am looking at diving into real estate more seriously. I believe that I have a lot of the basics of real estate down decently. However, with a LP(limited partner) I believe that I might be able to move much quicker. What is it that most LPs are looking for and what are some of the better ways to go about finding them?
