Any condo hackers in Austin TX?
Hi y'all! I looking to buy my first home. I am looking to buy a condo in Austin TX and in an area where I am not required to buy a car. I have been living north of UT campus for 4 years now without having to own a car. It seems East Riverside has some more affordable prices on condos. Does anyone have any experience implementing a condo hack instead of a house hack? I am trying to keep my maintenance work to a minimum. I am hoping to find a condo with no more than 3 bedrooms.
Cheers,
Moises
