**** Artur Smirnoff***** SCAM AND FRAUD

If you get a connection from a Artur Smirnoff or an email from sirartursmirnoff@hotmail, please report him as SPAM and Fraudulent.  His phone number comes back to elder lady in Alabama.  Still trying to reach her, she may be a victim of identity theft.  I reported him to BP wanting on respond, hoping they block and remove the profile.
