I listen to the podcast and youtube shows alike. I take in all this information but I haven't put in the work until now. I'm analyzing deals, writing out plans and make myself know on the BP form. I am almost completed with my first rental which I got for a deal. My next one might not get this good. This is the kicked I needed in order to go about my journey with confidents and the ability to plan and not only hope.
