Hello, I have a question concerning legal status in the U.S. and the practice of real estate agency and I can’t seem to find a straight forward answer online. I’d like to know if there are any restrictions to DACA recipients becoming real estate agents in the state of Pennsylvania. While DACA recipients are legally authorized to work in the United States, it isn’t always clear what sort of work unavailable.
If anyone knows and could advise on the matter I would greatly appreciate your insight.
