Investing in judgments for a dollar

Hi,

Does anyone know a book I could buy, that would explain how to obtain an option and buy a judgment for a dollar? Then sell it to other interested investors? There is a real estate guru that markets this idea for a grand. I am only interested in this aspect of judgment investing. Really, would like to find another way to learn this. I would appreciate any books, web-sites, ect. that anyone could refer me to.
