How much to Rent a Broker's License

I was approached by a referral company to use my license to be able to send out buyer referrals and so they can receive a referral fee.  I have no idea what the market is for something like this.  How much should I charge for doing this.  Any idea of the legal exposure?

Not sure exactly about that license, but I used to get approached to let someone use my General Contractor's B1 license (Using me as a REO). It required too much oversight and was way too much risk for me. Especially for the money involved. I would not let anyone 'use' your hard-earned license.
