Correct way to handle DNC list?

@Dawn Birch why call people that specifically placed themselves on the DNC? 

There are so many other people to call that are ready to do business with you. And you won't get fined for calling them.

Seriously? Do you actually think someone on the DNC list will be like - yeah sure just for you I will.

We put our names on the list for a reason. This is why wholesalers etc get such a bad rap is because of stuff like this
