Curious - is anyone else having trouble with 'Talk-To-Text' ?

About a week or so ago,  my texting program had a noticeable change. It misunderstands a lot of what I say, and this was not a problem before (at least not as much). I have to go back and correct every sentence now before I send.

Is this just me.......? What texting App do y'all use?
