Septic story

So...the other day I'm looking at another rundown house. It was pretty trashed - but hey aren't they all....
Anyway so I head into the basement, cant find the light, I step down into some water - damn. I hear from behind "dont worry about that, the washing machine leaks!"
The lights come on, I am absolutely NOT in washing machine water.
I am ankle deep in sewage from spraying septic line accross the wall. Of course I'm wearing flip flops and a skirt, and as I try to haul it on out of there fresh sewage splashes all over my legs. NOT COOL.
And of course the best I could do was a quick hose off til I got home 3 hours later.
I've never been more disgusted in my life. I scrubbed down like I never have before.
Anyway - maybe they'll go for my offer. God knows I've already gotten way too intimate with that house.
