Looking for mobile home investors
Hello, I’m looking for some information on Investors that might be interested in purchasing a mobile home. It’s a double wide and the land is not owned it’s rented. I know it’s more difficult to sell this so I’m looking for a company or group of Investors that would be willing to buy as is. Or perhaps a trustworthy agency that will help me sell it. Any information or insight is appreciated thank you.
