What do I have to do to get some plumbing done???

So I got bored last week decided it was time to remodel. I got a new bathroom framed in, electrical is all set, I now need to rough in the plumbing, move some radiators around...etc..to be able to continue. Plumbing has never been my specialty. Problem is I can't find anyone to do it. Plumbers dont answer, dont call back, don't show. What's the problem here? I clearly should have become a plumber and I'd be making the big bucks right now seeing as none of them actually want to work or are way too busy to work for me.
WTF...Pretty soon I'll just have to figure it out and do it myself. I'm getting tired of living in a half done construction zone.
