help with move

hello

I have been thinking a lot, and pushed things a lot over the course of the last 2 weeks. And i have been hesitating because it is scary, but i have realised i would rather jump in to it than wait around out of fear.

so my question to you guys is, if there is anyone that would be willing to help me through the process with moving from Denmark to Colorado. I am currently living in Denmark and i have a couple debts in my car, and a 1 or 2 others. What i am planning to do is move to colorado and start real estate investing, my best friend and i have chosen to partner up as he has experience from the real estate world and i have from the construction world. I am looking for someone to help me to make a plan over how to get rid of my debt, help me through the visa application, and i am open to working as a property manager or anything in real estate investing. I am driven to learn about the aspects of the world first hand, and our plan is to do flipping as well as have multi family homes as well for passive income, and to build ourselfes up that way.

If anyone can help me with the Visa/green card, finding somewhere i can work and learn(maybe in your company), and making a plan over my debt i would be forever grateful.

A little about me, i am 21 years old, i have a carpenters degree as well as a high school degree with focus on physics, technology and other topics related to these. My drive for real estate investing comes from a passion for it as well as me wanting to build a life for me and my future family where money wont be a thing we have to worry about. I am driven, i put in the necessary work even on days where i dont want to, becuase i know what i want is not always equivalent to what is best. I am currently going through a big personal change to better myself mentally, and physically, i currently am not dating anyone although there is someone in the picture.

if there is anything else needed just send me a message, i want to learn, and i want to do better day by day. I just have realized i cannot do this by myself at this point, because i do not have the understanding yet.
