Hey all,

I'm looking for an episode where Henry discusses how he communicates with tenants of properties he’s purchasing or just his general approach to treating them. I really liked how he makes people feel like it is still their home rather than coming in and changing everything on them. If anyone can help me find this one, it would be much appreciated!
