Why you always need to view....
This is why you always view properties or have someone you can rely on do it for you. Photos showed a simple cosmetic rehab. Hardwood floors are normally a huge plus. This one not so much. Hardwood floors and the floor joists in the basement underneath this were ate by termites. Rehab drastically changes.
